Updates Updates Updates

There's that Autumn chill in the air in the mornings now, and I can feel college creeping up on me. It is both super exciting and super scary. I've learned who my roommate is and facebook has definitely made the whole process easier. We've been communicating that way for a few weeks now and she seems really nice! That's a big relief for me.

I'm pumped to live in the city and be part of such a vibrant community. I've got my class schedule and everything all set so it really has just come down to buying stuff for the dorm, which is actually very fun in a sort-of-stressful way.

I'm currently trying to decide whether I want to make more layouts, finally edit Taking Flight and work on the sequel, or if I even have time to do that as I want to spend as much time with my family and friends from here before I leave! The good news is my second job at a day camp just wrapped up, so maybe I can devote my mornings to running and GIMP-ing and writing.

Speaking of writing and graphics, I got my new MAC!!! It's the most beautiful thing I've ever had in my possession. I've never had my own computer before. On top of that it came with a free Ipod Touch, and I've never had an Ipod before. So the last two days I've been a total anti-social hermit and played with them. I'm not sure how GIMP works with the MAC, though. That's something I'll have to figure out. I also have to transfer over all my old design stuff as well as my writing.

Hello everyone. Sorry I've been MIA a bit the past few weeks. I graduated high school and it seems so weird/good/sad. I think what I will miss the most next year is seeing my friends almost everyday - but college means meeting a lot of new friends, right? I went to pre-orientation this week and all I can say is that I'm super excited to live in the city! Besides, I'm really not at school for too long and I'll be back home to see everyone again soon... And I have the whole summer!

With work, though, it will be a little difficult for me to update the actual content of this site often, but I will try!

Okay... so I fixed the link problem in Firefox, then I discovered a new problem. The last three premades (the new ones) the background is being sassy and not repeating like I thought I told it to. Please refrain from using them until I fix the problem, which hopefully will be soon. Obviously, Firefox and I are having major disagreements.

Wow, that took longer than I thought. But here it is! Version 6 of lodulce is officially open. Feel free to peruse the graphics section, but (shh!) the writing section is still under construction. You'll find new layouts, textures and stock free to use as well as an updated list of credits.

In personal news, I have 3 weeks left of being a high schooler and feel strangely happy/sad/mostlyjusthappy about it. I get to do senior things (meaning going to prom) that I'm VERY excited about.
